Robin Padilla, palaban sa kanyang MMFF entry

Robin-PadillaOF THE eight entries to this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival, mukhang ang Robin Padilla starrer na 10,000 Hours carries a statement lalo’t loosely based ito sa buhay-pulitika ni Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson.

Tulad ng mambabatas, the fictional character in the film named Senator Gabriel Molino Alcaraz is also a fugitive.  Matatandaang ilang panahon ding nawala in sight si Ping who swore he was guiltless of the charges levelled against him.

From the looks of it, palaban ang pelikulang ito. Kapag mag-react sila, ibig sabihin, guilty sila!”

With its filming that began even before the pork barrel scam was exposed, ani Robin, sa 10,000 Hours daw nakasalalay ang direksiyon nating mga Pinoy.

As far as Direk Joyce is concerned, she wants budding producers Boy2 Quizon and Neil Arce of N2 Productions to laugh their way to the bank, samantalang ang habol naman daw ng mga ito ay humakot ng awards sa Gabi ng Parangal na gaganapin sa December 27.
