Gary David, tuturuang magsayaw ang 3 senador

Gary-DavidHINDI SI Ciara Sotto, kundi si Gary “El Granada” David of PBA fame ang itinanghal sa first Celebrity Dance Battle champion besting the three other grand finalists Iwa Moto, Rafa Siguion-Rena and Priscilla Meirelles.

Gary became richer by P1 million.

Hours before the pre-taped competition, we sort of provoked Gary (as a sign of admiration for his terpsichorean skills), “So, Gary, puwede ka na rin palang mag-choreograph sa mga inmates?” Our question stemmed following the pagpapakitang-gilas (sounds like Gilas Pilipinas kung saan kabilang din si Gary) this time ng mga preso sa Palawan inspired by the Cebu inmates.

Sagot niya, “Gusto ko (turuan) ‘yung tatlo.” Agad naming nasakyan kung sino ang tinutukoy ng famed hoopster, ‘yun nga lang, dalawa pa lang sa kanila are in their detention cells. And need we say who?

Pero kagyat ding kumambyo ang tsinitong si Gary who hails from Dinalupihan, Bataan, “Joke lang ‘yon, ha? Joke!”

Para sa amin, enough of jokes tungkol sa kina Senador Bong Revilla Jr. at Jinggoy Estrada as they’re immersed into a serious national brouhaha, the unfortunate consequence of which ay dapat lang nilang pagdusahan.

How funny, kung kailan nasa piitan ay halukipkip nila ang Bibliya close to their armpits, gayong not once have these lawmakers ever brought a single page of it sa Senado.
