LALONG NAGIGING close ngayon ang Thai heartthrob na si Mario Maurer at si Erich Gonzales na parehong nakatakdang gumawa ng pelikula titled Suddenly It’s Magic under Star Cinema and directed by Rory Quintos. Lumipad kamakailan si Erich patungong Bangkok for their movie conference.
During the story conference ay nagkuwento ang dalawa tungkol sa kani-kanilang roles sa pelikula. “Pastry chef ako rito. May pagka-bitter pagdating sa love and then I meet this Thai guy na magbabago ng buhay ko,” kuwento ni Erich.
“My character’s name [is] Marcus. He’s a Thai superstar. He got very bored of his career. One day, he decided [that] he wants to go somewhere. He went to the Philippines. That’s when the magic starts when I meet Erich in the movie. The story is very nice. We have two major locations: Ilocos in the Philippines and in Bangkok, Thailand,” sabi naman ni Mario.
Mario and Erich have good words for each other. Erich describes Mario as a nice guy samantalang nakatutuwa raw ang aktres sabi ng young actor. “For me, she’s not like a woman. She’s kind of a man,” biro niya kay Erich. “She is playful and very happy to be with,” dagdag pa ni Mario.
Mario is adventurous at excited na siyang matuto kung paano umakyat ng puno. He even asked Erich to teach him how to do it.
Pero mukhang hanggang sa pagiging magkaibigan na lang ang closeness nilang dalawa because Mario has a girlfriend. Sabi ni Erich, “Everybody knows he has a longtime girlfriend. We’re here to work [and] to have fun.”
