Tinalo ni Cherie ang pitong foreign actresses, namely:  Susie Porter (“Is This The Real World”), Rachelo Hurd-Wood (“Highway to Dhampus”), Tilda Cobham-Hervey (“One-Eyed Girl”), Lily Rabe (“Reemption Trail”), Mary Krohnert (“Nocturne”), Ira Dubey (“M Cream”), ang Carlotta Elektra Bosch (“The Amateur”).

Unang nanalo ng Best Actress award si Cherie sa ASEAN International Film Festival and Awards (AIFFA) for Sonata naman na dinirek nina Peque Gallaga and Lore Reyes.

Dumalo si Cherie sa Malaysia n’ung April 2015 kaya personally niyang nakuha ang kanyang AIFFA Best Actress award, and sa Madrid, nagpunta rin si Cherie and got her second international acting award!

Very first Best Actress trophy niya ito for film, dahil ang previous trophies na meron si Cherie ay Best Actress for television nang manalo siya sa Cebu series sa PMPC Star Awards for Television years ago.

The rest ay puro Best Suporting Actress wins na for Cherie – mula sa FAMAS, Film Academy of the Philippines, CMMA, MMFF, at Pasado Awards.

And proud! Thank you so much MADRID Int’l Film Festival! Ralphie!!!! We’ve done it! Again!! Gabriel Fernandez, thank you so much for this GIFT of a film.

“And of course to La Salle, St. Benilde and to all the students who were part of ‪#‎mana! We will always have Madrid!!”

Super congrats!
