Andi Eigenmann ibinahagi ang kanyang weight loss journey

NAGHAHANAP ba kayo ng fitspiration para sa pagbabawas ng timbang? Siguradong maiinspire kayo sa journey ng ex-actress and now mommy vlogger na si Andi Eigenmann.

Kamakailan lang ay ibinahagi ni Andi ang isang reel kung saan nakadocument ang kanyang weight loss journey. Nang isilang niya ang ikatlong anak na si Baby Koa ay umabot ng 175 lbs. ang kanyang timbang.

Just after ten months ay 50 lbs. ang nawala ni Andi!

“Was looking for some motivation and found it myself! Looking back on the progress I’ve made from gaining 175 lbs in my third pregnancy to losing 50 lbs after 10 months,” post ng celebrity mom.

Ayon kay Andi, inumpisahan niya ang kanyangw eight loss journey two months after giving birth to Baby Koa. Simula noong March hanggang November last year ay nagstick ito sa pageehersisyo na hindi lang sa pisikal nakatulong kundi maging sa kanyang mental health.

“Suddenly being ‘out of place’ for almost 2 months froze me up quite a bit but I realize how much of an impact physical exercise has really had on my mental health and overall well-being,”

Dagdag pa niya, “I do have my own personal fitness goals, of course, but exercise and staying active really does so much more to us that keep us fit,”

Pinasalamatan niya ang kanyang asawang si Philmay Alipayo at mga coaches na tumutulong at gumagabay sa kanya.
