Nakuha ni Ai Ai ang Movie Actress of the Year award for her funny portrayal sa Ang Tangin Ina Mo, Last Na ‘To, si Coco ang tinanghal na Movie Actor of the Year award for his performance as a broadcast journalist who followed President Noynoy Aquino on the campaign trail in the semi-documentary indie film, ‘Noy. Humakot naman ng anim na tropeo ang 2010 MMFF Box Office hit na Ang Tangin Ina Mo, Last Na ‘To kabilang ang Movie of the Year award.
