YOUNG JV will be launching his second album on February 2012 with “Alay” as carrier single. Alay is a Christmas song with a universal appeal, ang mensahe nito’y  tungkol sa unconditional love and emotion.

JV is only 21 but this Urban-Pop performer already made a name when his debut album was released in 2009. Ang awiting “That Girl” was one of the most requested songs in the air waves sa iba’t ibang FM stations. Music critics, music lovers and the general public were at once surprised and raved over a foreign-sounding Hi-top artist who happen to be a Filipino teenager.

Young JV has already developed his sensibilities and even deepened in his own way. He’s not only a singer and dancer but also a gifted song writer and host. Pop and RNB ang type of music ko. I rap, dance and I sing. I  composed po my own music and I write also my songs.

They want me to do it, I was so very blessed, two songs. I have a movie rin po under Star Cinama, “Won’t Last A Day Without You” with Sarah Geronimo and Gerald Anderson. Kasama din po ako sa teleseryeng ‘Budoy’, one of the barkada’s of  Gerald. Ako ‘yung  cheer captain sa school. Acting, puwede rin siyang maging one of many things I wanna do, “kuwento pa ni JV na super galing pagda-ting sa basketball. He is known for his quick moves and high rebounder in Star Magic Games and Gerald’s basketball tournament Star Magic vs. ASAP.

This only shows that JV is a man who know what path to tread and play at full tilt his talent because it means he has no limitations. “When it comes to music or anything connected to it, I don’t have limitations. I never let pressure come into my my work. I enjoy the work, working with people, because they all help me mature as an artist,” says JV.

She’s my crush in showbiz, alam kong alam niyang may crush ako sa kanya, but we never talk about it. Hanggang ngayon may communication pa rin kami and we’re good friends. As of now, hindi ko muna iniisip ang mga bagay na ‘yan tungkol sa personal feeling. ‘Yung last relationship ko more than one year. Naghiwalay kami because I got into this, sobrang hindi niya nagustuhan. We didn’t work out so, nagkahiwalay kami. I’m very serious about what I do now, singing, dancing, hosting and acting.

With the way things are going his way, Young JV is one name who could make a mark as talented singer, actor and host.
