“Received some tweets about the issue regarding Xian Lim and Kim’s Kalok-alike on Banana Nite’s Chinese New Year coverage,” he tweeted.
Aminado siya na “it was a gimmick for Xian’s song number, we wanted to surprise him with Kim’s Kalok-alike.”
That said, he explained that “Xian’s reaction wasn’t scripted.”
“I’m sure Xian didn’t mean any harm with his remarks and jokes on stage. Nag-apologize na rin siya, kaya ok na ang lahat. We apologized to Charmaine after the segment. She told our staff it was ok and understood the fact na hindi lang nasakyan ‘yung gag kaya sana, huwag nang palakihin ang issue.”
Guilty yata si Frasco sa ginawa nilang pangpe-playtime kay Xian kaya naman super explain siya sa Twitter.
We feel that no one is blowing it out of proportion, Frasco. People just interpreted the way Xian reacted, it was all there was to it. People realized that Xian can be MEAN, he can be HAUGHTY at any given time, kahit pa nasa harap niya ang live audience.
Actually, now that you’ve explained as to why it happened and you said na hindi nasakyan ni Xian ang gag joke, para mo na ring sinabing Xian is BRAINLESS. Dapat ding mag-sorry itong Frasco na ito kay Xian dahil lumalabas na pinaglaruan niya ang binata when he guested sa Banana Nite.
Ganyan ba ang Kapamilya, kayang paglaruan ang kapwa niya Kapamilya?
NAPANOOD NAMIN ang Cattleya, an indie film starring Glaiza de Castro and Gerald Madrid. The movie centered on Glaiza as an OFW na nagtrabaho sa Hong Kong who eventually became a drug mule.
Glaiza de Castro was at her dramatic best in the movie. Kuhang-kuha niya ang angst ng isang young wife who sacrificed a lot to help her family.
Halatang nang-aagaw siya ng eksena but in fairness to her, nakatatawa naman siya. Siya ang nagbigay ng comic flair sa movie.
