Unluckily though, hindi sa Darna kinakitaan ni Vivian ng kaseksihan si Angel, but seeing the young actress with much more to offer. Sinusubaybayan pala ni Vivian from beginning to end ang maiden project ni Angel upon her transfer to ABS-CBN, she became an instant Angel fan.
In Imortal, Vivian (Lucille) makes life miserable for Angel. But in real life (hopefully!) dahil kung papayag daw ang Star Cinema ay gustung-gustong idirek ni Vivian ang aktres in her first directorial job. Vivian took directing lessons under Marilou Diaz-Abaya while in hibernation. She had a writer-classmate who convinced her for the Lucile part, which she later said yes to.
It’s so refreshing to see Vivian back in the fold, this time with a vengeance via her portrayal of a contravida role.

Taliwas din ito sa earlier pralala that Willie’s program to pilot on the 23rd has yet to acquit itself base na rin sa legal na prosesong kinakaharap nito laban sa ABS-CBN.

Although it’s up to the court to render its judgment, hindi maiaalis ang nag-uumapaw pang tensiyon as to the succeeding Saturdays. As they, say, the next chapter is much awaited.
