Shy Carlos, mas at home sa romantic-comedy project

Shy-CarlosHindi na bago sa ating pandinig ang pangalang Shy Carlos, currently one of the most popular young Viva artists.

As a child, 20 TV commercials na ang kanyang nilabasan. Naka-full circle na rin si Shy sa tatlong higanteng network bago pa nagkamarka bilang miyembro ng all-female group na Pop Girls kasama si Nadine Lustre.

Sa Star Cinema where Shy Carlos appeared in “Para Sa Homeless Romantic” did she realize na mas at home siya sa romantic comedy. And true to what she does best, kabilang ang beinte-uno anyos na half-Pinoy, half-Swiss sa pelikulang “Lumayo Ka Nga Sa Akin” ng Viva Films in its episode ‘Shake, Shaker, Shakest’ along with Maricel Soriano and Herbert Bautista.

Now, Viva TV is betting its high stakes on her as Shy plays the title role bilang si “Tasya Fantasya”, a Carlo J. Caparas’ iconic material na unang ginampanan ni Kris Aquino, and was reprised on TV by Yasmien Kurdi on GMA.

Tasya Fantasya is a fantasy fulfilled, ‘ika nga, if only for its literally fantastic cast na binubuo nina Freddie Webb, Ara Mina (as magdyowa), John “Sweet” Lapus, Candy Pangilinan (as magkapatid), Giselle Sanchez, AJ Muhlach, Kim Molina, Jasmine Hollingworth, Malak So, Arvic Rivero, Donnalyn Bartolome, at marami pang iba.

Mula ito sa “malusog-sa-kaisipang” direksiyon ni Ricky Rivero a.k.a. Pia Wurtzbach!
