  3. The PET should take into consideration the pieces of evidence Mar cited in his protest. Those null votes whould be counted!

  5. Mar is pursuing this protest not only for his own benefit but for the benefit of the people who voted for him. We should really support him.

  6. I really hope this issue will be resolved soon. I cannot wait any longer for the people to know who actually won last VP elections. Mar has the evidence to back his complaint. The PET should act quickly on this.

  9. Bilangin nyo ang Null votes. Yung Boto ko di binilang ng PCOS, nireject dahil may konting lampas, its unfair!!!

  10. The three million questioned votes, which were declared null by the COMELEC are legitimate ones which should have been counted in the first place.

  11. The 3M null votes are legitimate votes that should be counted. The protest of Mar should be decided in a very timely manner

  12. I support Senator Roxas in his decision to file a protest before the PET. The 3million null votes should be counted. So many controversies surrounding the recent elections.

  14. Mar’s protest should be acted upon immediately. The people need to know who actually won their support.

  15. Any developments on Mar’s protest. His protest is commendable because he is doing it for the benefit of the people especially those three million whose votes were not counted.

I think the PET should quickly act on this.

  17. Count the null votes last election. Mar’s protest should be justly resolved immediately. Three million people were deprived to actually vote as their votes were declared null.

  18. Dear Senator Mar,

    I hope that the PET will rule in you favor. we are hopeful that you will be able to restore the integrity of the electoral system.

    An avid supporter,

    Diego

  19. Senator Mar!

  20. I know that Mar’s protest would yield positive results. But I think that we, citizens, should also be aware of what is happening. I am sure that several forces will try to downplay Roxas’ protest especially that they know that it is backed by strong and convincing evidence.

  22. may problema ang appreciation ng boto ng PCOS machines. almost 3 million null votes, there is definitely something wrong with the system used. Kahit si Locsin na tagapagtanggol dati ng automated elections eh nagbago ng isip pagkatapos niyang magconduct ng congressional investigation. then consider these grounds for protest:

    * The high incidence of null votes in the certificates of canvass, totaling to 2,612,207 votes;

    * The lowering of the canvassing threshold in at least 145 clustered precincts nationwide (92,740 votes);

    * The erroneous uploading of the FTS results from clustered precincts to affected city/municipal/provincial consolidation and canvassing systems, Comelec central and backup servers and the KBP server (169,849 votes); and,

    * Fraud, anomalies and statistical improbabilities in certain clustered precincts, particularly in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (Armm), which were too glaring to ignore. In the Armm, 578 PCOS machines reported an average voter turnout of 97.85 percent; in Kalinga, 33 PCOS machines reported a province-wide turnout of 98.47 percent; and in the Cordillera Autonomous Region, 44 PCOS machines had a region-wide turnout of 98.54 percent.

    determining the will of the electorate thus renders imperative a forensic analysis of the hardware and software components of the Automated Election System (AES), including the source code, PCOS machine, compact flash (CF) cards and transmission data and protocols, as well as a proper manual audit as required by law.
