ROPALI MOTORCYCLES have been distributing motorcycles since 1982 and 2014 marks a new set of challenges for the company. The company’s mission is to increase its market share in two years. With vast competition in the motorcycle industry, Ropali’s main strategy is to be different, to offer new products and create an experience to consumers.
In order to increase brand equity, Ropali will have an aggressive marketing program for the next two years. Ropali will conduct activities that cater to different consumers. Two of the biggest events will happen this summer; one is the Rock-Cauayan Festival and the Partakan Festival. Rock-Cauayan is a rock festival plus extreme sports competition that is part of Cauayan City’s annual town fiesta the Gawagaway-yan Festival. Cauayan is a component city in the province of Isabela. The City is the Agro-Industrial Capital of Cagayan Valley and the Central Business District of Region 2. Gawagaway-yan festival is an annual festival that celebrates the bountiful harvest and joyous gathering of the Gaddang brothers and sisters. The festivities will start on the 30th of March as we celebrate the 13th Cityhood Anniversary and culminates on the 15th of April 2014, a 17-day affair, multi-sectoral extravaganzas shall be showcased. One of the highlight of the event is the Rock-Cauayan, a weekend affair on April 12-13, 2014 that will feature famous bands and exhilarating extreme sports. Aside from extreme sports like motorcycle drag racing, 4×4 off-road, motorcycle off-road race, and trikhana there will also be a motorshow that will feature the most creative motorcycles in the region.
The following week, April 19, 2014, will be the Partakan Festival. Partakan Festival is the only ride and rock event in the Philippines that aims to provide a venue for motorcycle riders and their families to bond and create camaraderie. The event is on April 19, 2014 to be held in the so-called “Boracay of the North”, Sta. Ana, Cagayan at the North-Eastern part of the Philippines. Sta. Ana is also famous for its white sand beaches, the old light houses, National Marine Reserve, caves, and the location of the world-famous show Survivor “Blood and Water” edition. During the Partakan Festival, the beach will be provided for FREE to riders and other attendees and they can bring their own tent and stay overnight at the beach. There will be also fun games, inter-club Olympics, and we will also raffle two high end motorcycles, KTM and Royal Enfield. Famous bands will also rock the festivities and club DJ’s will make the place party.
Moreover, Ropali will also exclusively distribute new products that will cater to the upper class of motorcycle users. New products are the KTM Dukes 200 & 390, KTM RC 200 & 390, and the Royal Enfield Bullet 350. Aside from these, Ropali is geared up in distributing Ural Motorcycles from Russia. To showcase these, with these new motorcycles, Ropali will create a more customer-centric store, the Ropali Classics. This lifestyle store is expected to be finished by May, 2014.
To cap everything, Ropali partnered with institutions like Phoenix Petroleum, FDR, and KYT. The company believes that these institutions have the same objective of providing the best products to consumers. This partnership will not only be beneficial to all parties but also will benefit the consumers.
