“It’s a spicy role and it’s something that people can look forward to,” sabi ng Kapuso actress.

Unang beses lang niyang makatrabaho si Megan?

“It’s my first time to work with her. I’m excited to see how it’s gonna play out. But I guess ‘yong relationship kasi namin ngayon ni Megan… sobrang strong. Sobrang nag-mature na kami from before na ‘yong mga maliliit na bagay, nagkakainisan kami. Now it’s just more on… okay, we have to work together. We also live together. But then… we have to find that balance na magtutulungan tayo. Pero hindi ‘yong magkakainisan tayo dahil sa isa’t isa.”

Sa ngayon, excited din daw si Lauren sa nalalapit na pagsabak niya sa isang stage play. Ito ay ang monologue series na No Filter: Let’s Talk ‘Bout Me which will have its run from July 25 to August 2, 2015, at the RCBC Theater In Makati City.

Kasama ni Lauren dito sina Jasmine Curtis Smith, Mikael Daez, Cai Cortez, Saab Magalona-Bacarro, Sarah Facuri, Khalil Kaimo, and Micah Muñoz. This is directed by Toff de Venecia.

“I think the hardest part is… ‘coz I’m so used in doing na puwedeng ulitin because there are takes on TV. So, just to really get into it, embody it, and maintain it on stage, and as well as I don’t wanna let them down. And I think why people should watch it, it’s because, well, you know… we’re millennials. It’s about millennials, we all like hearing stuffs about us. It’s all about me. So, I think it’s so relatable. If you really think about it, what’s nice about it… ‘di ba? It’s nice to watch things and listen to things that you can understand and you can relate to. ‘Yong… may koneksiyon kayo, e. So, this is what No Filter is all about. It’s about the connection between all the millennials.”
