Kris Aquino, pinaglaruan si Ruffa Gutierrez!

Enough of Kris Aquino’s lame excuses na kesyo ang linya niyang “Pero aminin mo, Ruffa, mas masaya rito” referring to the latter’s stay with ABS-CBN said on last Sunday’s The Buzz ay may halong affection at sense of fun.

It’s all over: pumirma na ng kontrata, albeit non-exclusive, si Ruffa sa TV5 and will bid farewell on The Buzz this March 14. To which Ruffa’s reply was: “Kris, tama na, malungkot na nga ako, huwag mo nang dagdagan pa.” Next thing was, nag-walk out na nga si Ruffa, straight to a nearby resto kung saan ito nag-iiiyak.

Here are my random thoughts. What affection and sense of fun was Kris talking about? Pang-iintriga ang maliwanag na tawag du’n. Sense of fun? Yes, dahil pinaglalaruan niya si Ruffa!

Ang bagay na ‘yon na may kinalaman sa paglipat ni Ruffa sa TV5 had better be a backstage or off-camera subject, you don’t put your co-host on the spot to the extent na ipahiya ito o magsisi ito sa kanyang naging desisyon. Clearly, pinalalabas ni Kris that Ruffa made a wrong career decision, how sure was Kris?

Kris should stop feeling like a deity na pati career ng may career ay alam niya kung ano ang kinahihinatnan. She should, in fact, wish Ruffa the best of luck sa desisyon nito, mutual respect lang ang termino para diyan.

Reacting vehemently to her daughter’s embarrassing experience, huwag isisi ni Kris kung idinamay ni Annabelle Rama ang kanyang Kuya Noynoy to the extent of rallying against his presidential bid. So in a sense, that makes Noynoy part of The Buzz!

Tita Annabelle comes from a well-to-do family in Cebu… puwes, sa mga mahal nating Cebuano, alam n’yo na kung sino ang dapat at hindi dapat iluklok sa Malacañang, ha?

TV5’S TALENTADONG PINOY is now on its eight season, a feat that its host Ryan Agoncillo and the entire production team hardly imagined na mararating nila. At the onset kasi, happy na raw silang lahat kung mapantayan nila ang “life span” ng Sing-Galing na naka-Season 7.

Presently, TP holds the distinction of having the highest ratings on primetime TV, tulad nu’ng nakaraang Battle of the Champions that registered 47.8% in audience share vis a vis ABS-CBN’s Pilipinas Got Talent with 37 something percent.

“Sabi ko noon, maka-20% lang kami, magti-treat ako ng pizza. Then when I was hoping na maka-25%, lechon na ang ipakakain ko sa staff. Tapos, nag-30%, lechon baka na ang dinala ko,” Ryan recounts how slowly but surely TP was going up in the ratings game. In fairness though, it wasn’t an easy uphill climb. Walong buwan din daw ang binuno ng TP before it was able to carve a niche.
