Is her time up na nga ba? After scoring two consecutive flops (Etiquette for Mistresses and All You Need is Pag-ibig last year)—kung saan ang mga sinehang pinagpalabasan ng mga ito were transformed into urban lowlands for grazing animals—masundan pa kaya ito ng isang predictable flop?
A hot copy no more on social media, maging sa mundong ito ay hindi na mabenta si Kris. Dati-rati, even the littlest and most trivial of issues were a big deal.
Ang tanong: bakit?
Perhaps, the political landscape as it is now doesn’t augur well for Kris. Alam naman natin na sa mga huling buwan ng termino ng kanyang Kuya Noynoy, ang maaalalang “legacy” nito ay ang mga kapalpakan sa panunungkulan nito: the list is endless.
Gone is Kris Aquino’s magic. Gone will she be as her brother steps down this May.
Pero dahil siya na rin mismo ang publisista ng kanyang sarili, who knows she might just be concocting some formula na itataon niya sa kanyang kaarawan on the 14th?
