Henry Sy, Pinakamayaman pa rin sa ‘Pinas

MULING NANGUNA ang shopping mall magnate na si Henry Sy bilang pinakamayamang tao sa Pilipinas.

Ito ay base sa top 50 richest people list ng Forbes magazine, si Henry Sy ay may net worth na $12 bilyon, mas mataas kumpara sa kita nito noong nakaraang taon na $9.1 bilyon.

Pumangalawa naman sa listahan ang negosyanteng si Lucio Tan na may net worth na $7.5 bilyon.

Mula naman sa 18th place ay umakyat sa ika-16 na puwesto ang negosyante at pulitikong si Manny Villar sa kanyang networth na $1.05 bilyon.

Pero ang may-ari ng International Container Terminal Services na Enrique Razon Jr. na nasa ikatlong puwesto noong 2012 ay bumagsak sa ikaapat puwesto sa kitang $4.5 bilyon.

Nakamamangha pa rin ang yaman ng Iloilo-based at milyonaryong si Edgar Sia sa net worth na $210 milyon.

Maaalala na si Sia ang nagtayo ng food chain na Mang Inasal kung saan noong taong 2010, ibinenta nito ang 70 percent share ng kumpanya sa Jollibee Foods Corp. sa halagang $65 milyon.
