KUNG UNDER OATH lang and interview ng Startalk kay Baron Geisler sa Star Awards for Movies nu’ng Huwebes, the beleaguered actor could be charged with perjury.
Ayon kasi kay Baron, who came in late at the event, galing daw siya sa taping ng cinemaserye kung saan katrabaho niya si Yasmien Kurdi, who plays his girlfriend in the story. “Everything went okay. We’re at peace. Nagkausap na kami,” sey ni Baron.
Pero kung si Yasmien ang tatanungin, totoong nag-report ang actor sa set. But never was there any single scene na kinunang magkasama sila. In fact, tinapos muna raw ang lahat ng sequences ni Baron, at saka si Yasmien ang isinalang. “Dinaya lang ‘yung mga scenes na magkasama kami,” pambubuko ng aktres.
Ewan kung nasa stage of denial si Baron even in the midst of what might turn out to be a full-blown court case.
Nililinaw kasi ng tiyuhin ni Yasmien, si Wally Azarcon Sombero na ang inihain ng kanyang pamangkin sa Women’s and Children’s Office (WACO) sa Camp Crame ay reklamo pa lang, and for it to be a court matter ay resulta kung hindi sisiputin ngayong araw, Lunes, ni Baron ang imbitasyon ng naturang tanggapan to answer all questions raised by Yasmien in her complaint.
Inaasahan na rin naman daw ng kampo ni Yasmien na hahantong ito sa amicable or out-of-court settlement in case the complaint reaches the Prosecutor’s Office in Bulacan.
SAMANTALA, NANINDIGAN NAMAN si Paolo Contis that Baron, a close friend, should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Pero madali naman daw para kay Paolo na kausapin ang kaibigan upang malaman mula rito what really transpired on the set of their TV series.
Pero inamin ni Paolo na may tendency raw na maging presko si Baron sa mga babae, bordering on overfriendliness na minsa’y nakaka-off na sa kung sinumang “napagtitripan” nito.

In fairness though to Patrick, hihintayin na lang daw niyang lumambot ang puso ng dating kasintahan, but he won’t force himself through. Hindi rin daw niya nakuhang batiin ng ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ si Jen dahil magmumukha pa raw plastik ang kanyang pagbati even if it meant well.
One thing nice about Jen, hindi niya ihinahalo ang “angst” na kanyang nararamdaman towards Patrick in the name of profession. Willing daw siyang makatrabaho ito. Jen will be gone for a while dahil daw sa well-deserved vacation niya sa States, take note, unchaperoned.
May this brief breather serve as a meditative process of sorts na rin para maisip niya that Alex Jazz has the right to see his father.
